I can't reset my nursery account password

If you are unsuccessful in changing your password through the forgotten password link, this may be for a number of reasons:

  1. There may be no account associated with email address. Try entering another email addresses you might have used to sign up.
  2. Old email address. To open the password reset link you will need access to the email address you used when you set up your MyEd account
  3. Didn’t get password reset email? Check your spam/junk folders, or any other filtered folders. If you don’t have access to your email address, see above “Old email address?”.
  4. Invalid password reset link. Reset your password again, but this time open the emailed link in a private or incognito browser.
