How to set up your premium account?

A premium account gives your nursery access to our all-in-one service platform to manage data and information, enquiries, parent perspective testimonials  and enhance your digital presence.  Your premium account provides essential information that is easy to share with families to help drive down time spent on common enquiries, as well as a resource point for nursery owners, senior leadership teams, nursery staff and other stakeholders.

About you and your nursery

  1. Register: Click here to select a package and sign up for a MyEd Nursery Account.
  2. Fill in your details: Including your first name, last name, email address and password. You will also need to confirm your password.
  3. Your nursery details: You will need to enter the name of your nursery. As you begin typing you must select the name from the dropdown that appears. Then enter your telephone number and position at the nursery. This will help for verification purposes.

Payment

  • Once you have filled in your details you will be redirected to our payment system.
  • Review the payment details and enter your card details to make process the payment
  • Please note that we do not take payment until you are verified and your account is set up. This happens during the verification process as outlined in the next step.
  • We use Stripe to process payments

Verification

  • With MyEd, you can easily update your nursery’s key information, add photos and videos, create virtual Open Days and more. Your amends are live at the touch of a button – no waiting for update cycles or moderation.
  • For this reason, it is important that we verify you as a current staff member. We aim to do this within 24 hours.

Activation of your account

  • When your account is verified the payment information you entered with be processed and you will receive an email inviting you to sign in for the first time.
  • You will also receive an receipt of purchase which will also be available in your account.
  • Once you have signed in, navigate to your account and start updating information and enhancing your presence on MyEd.
