How does MyEd get its information?
We collect and clean data and information and bring it together in one place
The information MyEd publishes about schools is collected from Local Authorities, the Department for Education (DfE) and Ofsted under the Government’s Open Licence Agreement.
Nurseries, schools and colleges that have signed up for a MyEd Account are invited to submit additional information that gives a more comprehensive picture of the institution. Finally, we ask pupils’ parents and carers to review the institutions their child attends. This allows users to benefit from official and on-the-ground information.
